E+C+O Leadership is about having a wider viewpoint on what it means to lead in an integrated fashion, both understanding and respecting the three main domains that help to pattern our daily lives. Environments includes the natural and social environments, as well as the political, economic, and global. Communities are both those physical communities (places) in which we live and interact, and the communities of interest (people) that engage us intellectually. Organizations are the entities within which we work or contribute our volunteer efforts, and can be for-profit, non-profit, or government.
